Helen states that every instructor has taken the time to ask about how to help with her left arm and also - how to sit on the floor more comfortably! She was hesitant to start classes, not only because of the issues with her left arm, but also because she didn't feel like she fit the 'image' of what someone who practices yoga should look like.
